Oncor cares about the wellbeing of our employees and your family members. We take a whole-person approach, offering support and resources for body and mind.
For employees covered by a Blue Cross medical plan through Oncor, you may take advantage of mental health care that includes counseling and even hospitalization, when needed. Benefits are filed with your insurance and covered services, including office visits and telemedicine, are subject to copays and coinsurance just like other provisions of your medical plan.
BCBSTX
For most mental health services, it’s best to start with your primary care provider, who can steer you toward the best treatment options for your unique situation. Go online (bcbstx.com) to find a provider or call 1.877.213.6898.
To connect virtually with a mental health provider using MDLive, visit mdlive.com/bcbstx or call 1.877.213.6898. In-home counseling sessions with a licensed provider are subject to a copay.
