
Your wellness pays off — literally. Earn over $2,300 annually through Oncor’s wellness program by completing your annual physical, hitting health targets, and taking on wellness challenges.
You must enroll in an Oncor medical option to earn rewards for the annual physical incentive, health target incentive, and Amp It Up Challenge. Additional rewards available if your spouse completes their physical and meets health targets.
Dollars go directly into your health savings or reimbursement account to help you cover deductibles, coinsurance, and other out-of-pocket eligible healthcare expenses.
All employees, regardless of enrollment in an Oncor medical option, can earn rewards for Live Well Challenges.
Earn a reward when you and/or your covered spouse complete an annual physical (including basic biometric screenings). Complete and submit documentation of your annual physical between January 1 – December 31 of the current year. Incentives are paid the following year.

If your physical reveals three or more health risk factors, complete a health coaching program to earn the full incentive. If you cannot participate in coaching due to a medical reason certified by your doctor, call Navigate at 1.888.596.6750 to request an alternative form. You are still eligible to receive the healthy incentive through a reasonable alternative method approved by Oncor.
Enrolled in Oncor medical coverage?
Incentives are deposited pretax into your HSA or HRA, except for Live Well Challenges.
Track your HSA balance and plan your contributions carefully. If your HSA contributions exceed the annual federal limit, company-paid incentives cannot be deposited and are forfeited. Remember that you can adjust your HSA contributions at any point during the year.
Not enrolled in medical coverage?
Live Well Challenge rewards can be paid, after-tax, in your paycheck.
Turning 65 this year or already 65?
Active employees age 65+ (or turning age 65 during the calendar year) receive rewards in cash in their paycheck.

All employees have access to the Corporate Fitness Center. It’s available to you 24/7 and to your dependents on the weekends, as long as they’re with you. The fitness center costs $15 per month. If you’d prefer to join another fitness center, look for discounts to fitness centers across Texas on the BCBSTX and Magellan Healthcare websites.

Together, you and your spouse can earn up to $2,875 by taking the right steps to improve or maintain your health. Register with Navigate to earn rewards.

Oncor’s Live Well Program, administered by Navigate, provides opportunities to improve and maintain your overall wellbeing. The program includes recipes, fitness videos, health coaching opportunities, and more. You and your spouse (if eligible) can also earn rewards for taking actions to be healthy and live well.
