Through the voluntary health incentives program from Oncor, you can earn financial rewards for completing wellness challenges and healthy activities. There is no obligation to participate.

You and your spouse can earn up to $2,875 by taking the right steps to improve or maintain your health can really add up.
Earn a reward when you and/or your covered spouse complete an annual physical with biometric screening. Screenings must take place January 1 – December 31 of the current year. Incentives are paid the following year.
How to qualify:
You may earn additional rewards by meeting healthy biometric targets or participating in coaching to improve your health. If you have two or fewer health risk factors, you automatically receive:
If your physical reveals you have three or more health risk factors, complete a health coaching program to qualify for rewards. If you cannot participate in coaching due to medical reasons certified by your doctor, call Navigate at 1.888.596.6750 to request an alternative form.
Enrolled in Oncor medical coverage?
Incentives are deposited pretax into your HSA or HRA, except for Live Well Challenges. Be aware that if your HSA is at the federal limit, any incentives you earn cannot be deposited so they are forfeited. Track your HSA balance and plan your contributions carefully so you don’t miss out on this incentive. Remember that you can adjust your HSA contributions at any point during the year.

Live Well Challenge rewards can be paid, after-tax, in your paycheck.
Turning 65 this year or already 65?
If you are working and ages 65+ (or turning age 65 during the calendar year), you will receive payment in cash in your paycheck.
All employees have access to the Corporate Fitness Center. It’s available to you 24/7 and to your dependents on the weekends, as long as they’re with you. The fitness center costs $15 per month. If you’d prefer to join another fitness center, look for discounts to centers across Texas on the BCBSTX and Magellan Healthcare websites.
