Compensation and Financial Recognition

We recognize the value you bring to our team and ensure your compensation reflects your contributions.

Base Pay

Competitive salary based on your role, performance, and market rates.

Annual Reviews

Merit increases and performance-based incentives reflecting our shared success.

Health and Wellness Benefits

We offer comprehensive healthcare benefits covering medical and mental health care, prescription coverage, telemedicine, wellness resources, health management tools, as well as spouse and dependent coverage options. Many of these benefits are fully funded by the company—so you’ll pay nothing out of pocket. For others, like medical, dental, and vision coverage, you’ll share the cost with the company.

Medical and Rx Coverage

Two medical options, with generous company contributions toward your premiums. Includes prescription coverage and telemedicine benefits. Both options include a tax-advantage health savings account to help you save for and pay healthcare expenses – now or down the road.

HSA Contributions

Enroll in a medical plan and Oncor puts $250 – $500 into your health savings account depending on your coverage level—that’s free money, day one, to help cover your deductible.

Wellness Incentives

Potentially earn up to $2,300 annually in HSA dollars (even more if you cover family). That’s enough to cover most of your annual medical deductible just by taking care of yourself. Use funds for future medical expenses, invest it for HSA growth, or save it for retirement healthcare.

Dental and Vision

Preventive dental care, orthodontia, eye exams, lenses, and more, are available through multiple options for you and your family.

Health Tools & Resources

Support for managing weight, diabetes, mental health, fertility, menopause, chronic pain, surgery, and substance use—many resources are free, even if you don’t enroll in an Oncor medical option.
